2 years & up. Invite children to follow nature-inspired routes with Nature's Paths Magnetic Leaf Mazes. The set includes three different wooden mazes shaped like leaves, each with routed twists and dips to explore.
Children use an attached magnetic wand to guide inset magnetic balls through each path. A clear, shatter-resistant acrylic face lets them see the balls as they move. Each leaf measures 15"W x .75"H x 15"D.
Moving the balls around turns and along pathways offers opportunities to practice hand-eye coordination, fine motor control, and problem solving. Educators can invite children to describe their routes, compare the three mazes, and notice the organic leaf forms during nature-themed play.
