The wooden box has soft flaps at both open ends and a write-on/wipe-off top panel. It measures 10.75"L x 7.75"W x 6"H. Loose objects for the activities are sold separately.
Place selected objects inside, ask children to describe what they feel, then reveal and discuss them. The top panel can extend the activity with marks, names, or clues.
Changing the loose items lets an educator tailor each round to a different descriptive vocabulary or matching activity. The open-ended format allows children to explain the evidence behind a guess.
